Fishin' School Seminar Series

The Duval Group and BassMan Magazine is pleased to announce the Fishin’ School Seminar Series; to be held Nov. 21/22nd at RIM PARK in Waterloo, Ont. Tickets are available now at $179 each and available for direct purchase via mail, at www.fishinschool.ca or Ticketweb online at www.ticketweb.ca.

The event will feature 6 top fishing Pro’s who compete on the B.A.S.S. ELITE TOUR. Speakers will cover a wide range of topics in professional fishing and offer tips and strategies to educate anglers and improve their angling abilities.

The seminar will comprise of 3 Pro’s each day, doing a 2 hour seminar. At the end of day, all 3 Pro’s each day will join together for a Q&A period.

Fishin’ School is also pleased to announce that our Special Guest will be fishing’s funny man, Dave Mercer of the Facts of Fishing Tv Show seen on WFN, The World Fishing Network. Dave will entertain and interact with attendees and the Pro’s throughout the 2 day event.

Sat evening (location TBA) will feature a Sat Night Pub Night with the Pro’s. This will give attendees and opportunity to be up close and personal with their favourite Pro’s. Gerald Swindle will be doing 20 mins of stand up comedy to entertain the attendees. At the Pub Night, Fishin’ School will draw attendees’ names for grand prizes such as: A trip to the 2010 BassMasters Classic comprising of air fare and hotel for 2 people, 6 autographed Elite Tour jersey’s, and a Day of Guiding on Lake. St. Clair with Jon Bondy.

Every attendee will receive an event badge, FREE Fishin’ School T-SHIRT, and FREE lunch each day. Daily prizes will be awarded throughout the seminars provided by participating corporate sponsors. 6 lucky winners each day will have the opportunity to have a private lunch with the Pro’s.

Fishin’ School will also feature a mini tackle show featuring display booths of Big Bite Baits, Bio Bait, Solar Bat Sunglasses, Wave Spin Reels and others; BassMan Magazine; The CBAF (Cdn Bass Anglers Federation); Michael Iaconelli merchandise; The Ministry of Natural Resources; Fish City with Dave Chong and Taro Murata; the CSFL/BassMania Series; and others.

Tim Horton’s coffee will be available each morning with proceeds going to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Kitchener and Waterloo area.
