Hey everyone,

Have you heard of the digital fishing magazine, SimplyFishingMagazine.com? It's cool because you don't have to pay to read it and it has all kinds of tips in every issue. Check it out right HERE.

I use wigglers in the Fall that I get locally, I think they perserve them somehow and freeze them. Great for Fall perch but have throw back the small ones.

The big mouth didn't touch the Booyah's tonight, but they were nailing a crank jerkbait that swam about 5 feet down...and a few on punkin green w/ bleeding chartreuse tail, and on a sunfish crank looking thing....

How fun!!!

Last night got a few more largies, and pulled one small mouth out of the weeds flippin the booyah jig, just before a downpour and got soaked.

Lake St. Clair (michigan side) again-pun kin and chartreuse tubes working great again-pulled in 8 or so largies in a few hrs...weeds got bad and can you say Booyah, their "semi-weedless" crawfish looking thing with a rattle job on it, worked like a charm, dragging across the bottom, a few twitches, few vertical jigs, and hits were very light...but they were noticeable...they stopped, we got a few suckers on a snell hook and night crawlers, one was huge, didn't measure but it was close to 20 inches I bet, then got 1 smally rocky bass on the punkin&chart. jig...going back tonight to try to shag a few more......fun stuff.....

Lake St. Clair (michigan side) last 2 days largies have been caught, not huge but nice ones (15-16 inches), tubes punkin and chartreuse was only color working, but working very well, tried same color worm looking things with curly chartreuse tails when it slowed down, was good for another few largies, but much smaller 10-13.

Just caught this 22 inch smallie, have no idea what it would weigh. It is still alive in a small fish pond, but I plan to return it to the lake.
