Hey recently got a boat also, but only use it to go musky fishng because we don't have them at the local rivers. But still do a lot of river fishing, for Smallies, Pike and Channel cats and still trying carp too. Also going over to St. Joe's next we…

About Me

As a former Northern Ontarion (is that really a word?!) I have roots in outdoorsy activities (yes snowmobiling for the paper counts!) anywho....my present concrete jungle setting leaves little room for much recreational fishing (unless you count the koi in the fountain at the Mandarin Resteraunt). I am looking forward to delving into some great fishing and learning this summer with my family. I am very lucky to have a spouse who breathes fishing :) Lets see if he has enough patience to teach me or if I end up fish bait :P

Ok so let the heckling and flogging begin!! So here I thought I would be a smarty pants by posting a broadcast date......oh because if I say that I will do it, I always do......but alas I have made myself a liar liar, designer pants on fire! In trying to upload the video and having issues with the video quality (we taped it in high def!!) we transferred footage to a server off of our video camera hard drive.....and erased it....we all see where this is going :P

No Boats.....but now has boots!!!

So we have been up to all good as usual :) From picking up my leopard print rubber boots (no I am not kidding!) to taping the Frugal Fisherman segment, it has been a busy week! We picked up our licenses and are ready to get to some real actual fish catching!

No Boat, No Motor......NO Problem!

So after a year of planning and literally weeks of research, we have put quite a few hours of raw footage to film :)
We are excited to be able to present everyone with something new and fresh in the fish department (cough cough LOL)

We meet Mon Apr 6th at Ernie's Pub in Hespeler, back room. We have over 40 members now and few husband/wife teams. It's a good time, no politics, guest speakers, lots to learn.
